The Founder Story · Issue 01

The rebuild wasn't harder.
It was softer.

I went from feeling strung out on chronic stress and buried under the weight of what was on my plate — to clearing my plate off, and keeping it cleared. That's the whole method, told the short way. The long way took years.

Before, I mistook overwhelm for importance. If I was busy enough, tired enough, needed enough, then I was doing life right. It was weakening my productivity. It was weakening me. My body kept score. My kids noticed. My relationships noticed. I noticed, and then I worked harder to not notice.

The rebuild started with one uncomfortable question: what would I take off my plate if no one was watching? And then, quieter and harder: what would I do to keep it off?

Gentle became a lifestyle.

I had to learn that gentle isn't small. Gentle is a strength — the kind that stops you from spending your life apologizing to your own body. What I got back: a better body, better relationships, a functional household, real presence with my kids, and the momentum to build a life worth living instead of escaping.

What I do now.

I coach people through burnout recovery — mostly parents, founders, caregivers, and quietly high-performing people who have been running hot for years. I write ebooks and workbooks for the ones who want to begin alone. And I take a small number of 1:1 clients each season for full-container work.

Power. Pleasure. Presence. Not maximum productivity after the rebuild — a life you don't have to escape.

If any of this landed somewhere true, that's a starting point. Come find me in the coaching room, in the shop, or in a single session.

Values

  • Slow before fast

Nervous system first. Strategy second. Always.

  • Body-led decisions

If your body says no, that's the beginning of the conversation.

  • Small on purpose

A cleared plate is not a small life. It's a chosen one.

  • No optimization theater

We're not building a productivity machine. We're building your life back.
